There are moments when everything feels uncertain. Thoughts overlap, emotions compete for space and clarity seems just out of reach.

Chaos in Creation explores that tension. The feeling of trying to make sense of competing ideas, pressures and possibilities while continuing to move forward.

Built through layers of colour and fragmented forms, the portrait sits between control and disruption. Structured elements hold the composition together, while broken shapes and shifting colours suggest the noise and complexity that often sit beneath the surface.

Rather than depicting chaos as something purely negative, the work considers how uncertainty can also be a place of growth. New ideas, change and resilience often emerge from the moments that feel least predictable.

The result is a portrait that reflects both overwhelm and possibility, recognising that creation itself is rarely a neat or straightforward process.
