Yes you can. When I send your order, I’ll email you with confirmation details and a tracking reference code.
For all UK deliveries I use delivery services with tracking capabilities. This means your order is tracked and requires a signature on delivery.
For orders outside of the UK you will still receive a tracking code so you can follow the progress of your order.

Indeed I do. Delivery costs will be added to your items on checkout.

Although I package everything as best as possible sometimes things happen out of my control. If you receive a damaged item please contact me immediately so I can rectify the issue as fast as possible: info@paulkneen.co.uk
If, when you receive your order you find an item missing (which of course I will try my best to ensure doesn’t happen), simply send me an email – info@paulkneen.co.ukwith your order info highlighting the missing item and I’ll sort it out for you.
Of course. Simply let me know within 30 days from the date of purchase what you would like to exchange it for, pop it in the post and when I receive it in its original condition I’ll send out the replacement.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.
You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
