Shadows of Anxiety explores the quieter side of pressure, the kind that doesn’t always show itself, but is always there.

Not loud or overwhelming, but constant. Sitting just beneath the surface, shaping how things feel without always being seen.

The layered forms and fragmented structure reflect that internal build-up. Thoughts overlapping, shifting, and pulling in different directions, creating a tension that never fully settles.

And yet, the gaze remains steady. Not avoiding it, not turning away, but facing it head on.

Because even when the weight is there, we keep going. We carry it, we move through it, and in doing so, find a strength that isn’t about being free of it, but about standing in spite of it.
